This series introduces a new set of relationships: three abstract sculptures that express simplified still life forms through minimalist, free-flowing lines and a poetic harmony of open spaces. These stick-like forms suggest freedom—their curves and jagged angles invite the eye to wander into the negative spaces they enclose.

In contrast, the partitions—dividing and segmenting space—become characters in their own right. Solid and freestanding, with right angles and defined perimeters, they embody containment and closure. Austere and unyielding, they stand in quiet defiance of the open, fluid gestures of the stick forms.

Within the background, strategically placed panels capture and reveal the objects’ alter ego—the shadow, a secret identity that exists only when illuminated.
